Having problems receiving the videostream? Make sure your Windows Media Player is installed and configured correctly - or consult our support page Win Media Player FAQs. If you're trying to watch the stream from a company network, check with your LAN-Administrator to see if the firewall permits you to receive streaming media content and if your proxy settings are correct. With picture and audio problems, please install the Codec Pack.
